Bible Scholar from Balkans Became New Secretary of Apostolic Nunciature in Belarus
The Apostolic Nunciature in Belarus declared on 10 July about the decision of Pope Francis to transfer Msgr. Filippo Ciampanelli to the State secretariate of Vatican. The post of the secretary of the Apostolic nunciature has been given to Msgr. Marinko Antolovic, who previously occuppied the post of the secretary of the Permanent mission of the Holy See to the international organizations in Vienna.
The Apostolic nuncio Claudio Gugerotti thanked Msgr. Filippo Ciampanelli for his service in Belarus and greeted Marinko Antolovic while wishing him a fruitful work, states catholic.by.
Msgr. Marinko Antolovic was born in 1976 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, was ordained in 2000 in Sarajevo, in Rome he became a doctor of Biblical theology. Previously he occupied the post of the Nunciature secretary in New Zealand and later in Vienna.
